Band Bio The Messengers are a female fronted, mid tempo, street punk band from Cincinnati, Ohio. The band formed roughly 3 years ago and are still going strong today. Their influences include Cocksparrer, Joan Jett, Newtown Neurotics, The Clash, The Avengers, The Business and many more. The band's music is politically driven and very melodic. They have been happy to share the stage with some of the biggest names in punk rock and were excited to play the 2002 Holidays in the Sun festival in New Jersey.
